Mission
It is our deepest desire to share with other parents the tremendous benefits that come to both parent and child when a baby is worn. We believe that when a baby is worn in a carrier, amazing things can happen. Nothing strengthens the bond between infant and child like keeping him or her close throughout the day. We are committed to teaching others about babywearing and we will continue to use Karma Baby as a means of helping parents bond with their little ones.
We believe strongly in creating businesses that reflect the kind of world we wish for our own children. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. We will never have our slings made in sweatshops, and we hire only local seamstresses and tailors whom we pay good wages.
We feel that we have a responsibility to the environment and so we use eco-friendly business practices whenever possible.
Furthermore, we believe in creating community through small business and have created a network of relationships that help make Karma Baby what it is today.
