rings. It is a simple tube of fabric that allows you to carry your
newborn, infant, or toddler up to 35lbs in five easy carrying

Do I have to tie or snap this sling? How does it work?
The Karma Baby Sling is so easy to use. Simply slip it over one
shoulder and pop baby in. Since there are no rings or straps to adjust,
the Karma Baby Sling makes wearing your baby so easy. It is tube
style pouch, which is fitted for the mother and fits the same from the
time your baby is born all the way through toddler hood. Truly the
easiest style sling on the market.
How long can I carry my baby in this sling? What is the weight limit?
The best thing about the Karma Baby Sling-the same size fits from the
time your baby is born through toddler hood (up to 35lbs)! When he
is little you will wear him in the cradle carry. As he grows you
can wear him tummy to tummy, facing out, on your hip, and then as a
toddler on your back. We still wear our two year old
everywhere. It just makes everything so much easier when you
don't have to carry around a huge stroller everywhere you go.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover cards. We also accept Paypal, check or
money order. Please contact us to pay by check.
What shipping methods are available?
We charge a flat rate of $5.85 for all single item U.S orders, with discounted fees of $1.60 or less per each additional sing. We ship all orders USPS Priority mail. For expedited shipping on single sling orders, we charge a flat rate of $17.85, with discounted fees of $4.00 or less per each additional sling. We do not guarantee USPS Express delivery and give no refunds on delays due to the postal services delivery time. In addition, due to post office relations any Express orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not arrive until the following Monday. All Express and International orders may be delayed during the month of December due to high postal volume . Karma Baby does not ship on Saturday or Sunday as our office is closed on the weekends. Please contact us with any shipping questions you may have.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship single sling orders to Canada for for a flat rate of $9.85 and single sling orders other countries for $13.80. Additional slings will increase the shipping cost for international orders.

What is your return policy?
We are happy to
work with you on returns. If there is a manufacturer's flaw on your
Karma Baby product, we will do an exchange plus we will pay for return
shipping. For returns within 30 days we charge a $5 restocking fee per sling and $2.00 per returned doll slings. Customer pays all shipping charges. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. All returns must be in unused condition.
Please inspect
your item carefully before returning it. If it does not appear in new
condition when we receive it, customer will be charged a 20% fee. This includes returning all packaging materials. All
returns must be authorized with our return department before they are
returned.
Exception:Customers who purchase items while pregnant may count 30 days from
your due date. Please be sure to include your due date with your
purchase in the notes section of you order to qualify for this exception to the return policy.
All custom items will be charged a $10 fee for resizing- please be
sure to measure your shoulder to hip before you order your custom item.

What are the differences in fabrics?
We provide a wide range of fabrics so that you can find the perfect sling for you and your baby.
Designer-High quality 100% cotton or linen. These are made by fabulous
designers like Liz Claiborne, Robert Kaufman, Amy Butler, and Waverly.
Reversibles-These are made with the highest quality 100% cottons. Many
of our reversible slings have a very comfy micro-brushed twill on the
solid side-perfect for your baby to snuggle down in to.
Organic-Very soft, very snuggly. These baby slings are made with fabric free from chemicals and pesticides.
Casual-We have found only the best fabrics in the most gorgeous prints and colors.
Solarveil-
Made
with Solerveil breathable material, these slings will block out 95% of
the suns harmful rays.
Fleece-The softest material on the market. These slings are perfect for the winter but can get a little hot in warmer weather.
Why would I buy an "organic" sling?
We know you want the very best for your baby, so we offer an organic line of
baby slings that is made with fibers that were grown without pesticides
or chemicals. You can be sure that these slings have only the very
best karma:)
Why are the prices for each sling different?
We want to give you the best price possible. We do this by charging
you according to the price of the fabric and labor involved. Designer
and organic fabrics cost us much more than those we use for our casual
slings. We pass the savings on to you whenever we get a good deal.
Is there any padding on the Karma Baby Sling?
Most slings are offered with leg padding. This padding cushions your
baby's thighs when in the hip, back, or tummy to tummy carries. This
padding adds no bulk to the sling so you can still fold it compactly
into a purse or diaper bag!
Do I need a new Karma Baby Sling as my baby grows?
No! The best thing about it is that you can use the same sling from
the time your baby is born until he is a toddler. The sling is fitted
to the mother, not the baby, so it fits for years!
